Dr. Linda Costanzo

Dr.  Linda Costanzo received a B.A. in Chemistry from Duke University and a Ph.D. from The State University of New York. Following postdoctoral training in physiology at Cornell Medical College, she joined the faculty of Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, where she is Professor of Physiology. Her research on the renal handling of calcium was funded by the National Institutes of Health and the American Heart Association. She has held several administrative roles at VCU, including Course Director of Medical Physiology, Associate Dean for Pre-Clinical Medical Education, and Special Assistant to the Dean of Medicine.
